Empire Guns Return Policy & Inspection Period

We offer a 3-day, non-firing inspection period from the time of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand by the quality of our products.

Returns & Authorizations

  • You may return any item for any reason within the 3-day window, but you must first obtain authorization from us.
  • Unauthorized returns or requests made after three days will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept returns on any firearm that has been fired or disassembled.
    (Yes, we’re repeating this because we mean it!)

Accuracy & Customer Inquiries

Restocking & Credit Card Fees

  • A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all credit card refunds to cover non-refundable processing fees charged by the credit card companies.

Shipping & Damage Claims

  • We package items with extreme care, but occasional shipping damage can occur. If your item arrives damaged, it was not sent that way.
  • Do not contact us first—instead, file a claim with UPS immediately, as all shipments are fully insured. UPS will handle the claim process, ensuring a resolution as quickly as possible.
